Chem Specs has been owned and operated by valley firefighter Duane Vanzant and John St. George since 1992.  Our expert carpet cleaners are uniformed, Chem Specs' employees, not subcontractors.  They are professionals you'll feel comfortable to have in your home or business.  They are the highest trained cleaning technicians in the industry.  My partner John and I, supervise all work that we do.  All Chem Specs technicians must complete our thorough training process before they are allowed to work on client sites.  John and I personally have more than 30 combined years experience working for the clients that we serve.  We have a "100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee" and have thousands of satisfied residential and commercial clients!

Chem Specs is recognized by all insurance companies as a service provider.  We have been with the Better Business Bureau for many years and have a perfect rating with them.

The History

The company started using a dry chemical process, but soon discovered that this process did not produce the results we wanted.  We then tried portable extractors and truck mounted 'steam cleaner' units.  They worked much better than the earlier methods, but had the disadvantage of extended drying time.  After considerable research, Chem Specs found the absolute best and most powerful cleaning machine on the planet, The Vortex.  It cleans better than anything else made and drying time in most cases in about one hour!

Chem Specs cleans houses, apartments, condos, motor homes, vehicles, boats, and commercial properties. Some of Chem Specs commercial accounts include insurance offices to large resorts like The Pointe at Tapitio Cliffs.  We clean all types of upholstery, tile and grout and other hard surfaces. We also have the qualifications to handle water or flood damage in homes and business.
