Residential Deodorization to Eliminate Odors

Once the water restoration process has been completed and the drying has been done, it is time to eliminate the odors created by the contaminants that were either in the intrusive water or from ones that grow from the presence of excessive water. If not properly taken care of, these odors can linger well past the water removal and extraction process.

Deodorization Solutions used by us:

Sporicidin – This product is used on Category 3 water damage. The powerful Sporicidin Disinfectant Solution is EPA registered to clean, disinfect, and deodorize the most difficult water damages around! It is as non-corrosive solution that is excellent when working with surfaces made of plastic, latex, vinyl, glass, treated wood, metal, and many other surfaces. It stops residual antimicrobial activity for up to 6 months.

Milgo QGC – The Milgo QGC is a hospital strength disinfectant cleaner that has the ability to kill such contaminants as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and MRSA. It is also extremely effective at eliminating microorganisms like Hepatitis C, Legionella, HIV-1, and many other potentially dangerous contaminants. The Milgo QGC solution also prevents the growth of mold and mildew. It is also excellent at the elimination of odors generated by urine and sewage. It is a non-corrosive solution, EPA approved, and has no fragrance or color.

Odorcide 210 – This solution is a very safe product and very effective at deodorizing. Odorcide 210 is composed of biodegradable ingredients making it safe for the environment. This product works by using chemical bonding, physical absorption, and counteraction of the contaminants. All of these processes combined lead to the complete elimination of odors!
