What is Encapsulation Cleaning?

Encapsulation is a low moisture interim cleaning process that removes soil while improving overall appearance.

Why Encapsulation?

The appearance of the carpet is improved by removing soil while lifting and grooming the carpet fibers giving it a "like new" appearance.  The carpet dries in 20 to 30 minutes allowing quick access to high traffic areas.  The Encapsulation Cleaning Process is to be used between deep extractions as part of a good maintenance program.

How the process is done.

Chem Specs puts a professional solution onto the areas needing cleaning.  The solution is worked into the carpet with a special professional machine.  The cleaning solution dries to a brittle finish.  Chem Specs simply removes all encapsulated dirt during vacuuming.  Competing chemicals often remain sticky attracting more soil. 

Chem Specs also uses a florochemical product to increase stain resistance to keep your carpets looking clean even longer!
