Phoenix Flood Restoration Performed by Chem Specs
Chem Specs was called to take care of water damage created by a fire at the Denny's Restaurant at 51st Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix. The water damage was contaminated with Category 2 water, meaning that the restaurant was damaged by water that had many external contaminants requiring very special care. Through the use of our high-tech equipment, we were able to extract all of the water, dry the restaurant, and disinfect all of the equipment and fixtures. Chem Specs arrived at the Denny's at 5:30 PM on Monday, June 29th and had the restaurant ready to open by 9:00 AM Thursday, July 2nd!Chem Specs worked directly with the insurance company keeping them apprised of all damage discovered to get the restaurant back open as soon as possible.
The procedure to clean up all of the water damage involved the combination of conventional drying and the TES Drying System. Constant monitoring of humidity was performed to ensure that acceptable humidity levels were achieved.
